BIAB @ Shrewsbury Hotel, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold. A crisp, clean polished cider with rich, slightly acidic apple and a slick, sugary Aspalls finish. Not bad.

Bag in a box at the white lady. Pours clear gold with no head. Aromas of sour apple. Taste is more sourness, cooked apple peel. Light sweet finish. Not great.
