As the name suggests, the Enigma Pale Ale flavour profile is difficult to crack but some say rock melon and red currant - but don’t be fooled.

This beer is light in colour, with a dry crisp mouthfeel. Puzzling, ambiguous and inexplicable, discover Enigma's unique, yet irresistible, flavours and aromas for yourself.

Hazy gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Light palate, semi dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Skunky hops. A very weird marmite flavour. Tangy citrus peel. Light hop spice. Crispy finish. Marmite in beer? No thanks!

Many thanks to Beersiveknown for this bottle. Very great floral nose. The beer starts fresh floral, very nice floral blood orange, hints of tropical fruit, quite bitter. Very nice and intense.

Bottle at Craigs. Pours hazy gold, thin white head. Citrus and peach aromas, citrus on the taste, plus a grassy bitterness at the end. Not bad.

Draught at the headline. Hazy gold with a thin head. Aroma has a bit of cheese to it. Flavour is dry chalky fruit. Lightly bitter, balanced bitterness, dry fruity, spicy, tangy and a whole lot more. This is a superb beer.
