Thanks omhper! Amber colour, small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some nectary and mild herbal tones to it. Flavour is floral, nectary, some herbal and mild earthy tones. A bit tart bitter fruits in the finish (not infected sour though).

Mexican tasting session with myself and no one else. Three bottles to be consumed and rated while it's quiet; 6th January 2023, all three bottles were obtained while in Ensenada in December 2022. This is the first of the evening, a 355ml bottle into an old Corsendonk stemmed tulip glass. Clean and clear amber with a full two inches of lasting white foam, nice hop aroma with both piney and citrusy esters coming through. Taste is also hoppy and fairly bitter (60 IBU), some malt action gives some sweetness and balance. Good start to my evening.

12oz bottle pours a clear gold with some sticky white head. Nice nose, one of the more citrusy IPAs I've had in Mexico, candied orange peel, green grape, flowers. The Citra hops really pop. Flavor has the candies orange, malt, green grapes, vinous. Finishes with low bitterness.

Clear, golden colored, medium white head, nice lasting. Fruity, tropical and some citrusy hops, moderate and medium bitterness, pale malt with light caramel, dry finish. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, oily. While it is nice and hoppy, it's bordering with an APA in hoppy character. Not harsh and quite clean which is already excellent for Mexico.

Tasting at SF, Vancouver; 7% ABV
Cloudy blond color; it's very dry and highly carbonated, I suspect a minor infection found its way here; the malt base is crackery, the hopping is very resiny, a bit vegetable in the final.
Chaotic but not bad.
