BIAB @ Shrewsbury Hotel, Shrewsbury. Pours a light greenish hazy lemonade colour. Aroma is sour & strangely sweet, with a bizarre sour apple laces taste. Different.

Box @ Saxon Crown, Corby. Hazy dishwater colour. Interesting mix of fruits and quite a spicy fusion as far as these two fruits can be. There’s lots of sweetness in this cider.

Poly pin at standing order... Hazy yellow... Soft dry pear fruits nose... Dry zezty.. Licorice fruits.. Odd but i like it a lot

Bottle at home from Rebellion brewery shop. Translucent greenish yellow with small fleeting white head. Aroma is sharp apple, some floral notes and spicy acid. Some nice fresh fruit bouquet. Flavour is fermenting funky fruit, pear, prickly pear. Medium sweet. Still medium palate. Finish is thickly spicy on the back of the throat. OK.

Bag in box @ 13th Egham Beer Festival. Pours a hazy yellow color with a no head. Has a fruity dry apple and pear aroma. Dry fruity apple and pear flavor. Has a fruity dry tart apple and pear finish.

From bag in a box at Egham 13. Pours yellow with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, pear and apples. Citric and lingering fruity. Fruity and light tart finish.
