Keg at Inn Deep. If pours cloudy golden - orange with a decent, fizzy white head. The nose is soft, juicy, floral, lemon sherbet, sweet elderflower and peach. The taste is crisp, bitter, big elderflower, minerals, toasty grain, lemon, limeade, sherbet, pepper, straw, dough and alcohol boost with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Rather nice to see Williams bros step it up a notch.
