Flaske på La Vinya de Santa Clara, Palma de Mallorca: lys strågull lett uklar og med kort skum. Lys og god aroma og smak med appelsin og kryddertoner (de har brukt ferske korianderblad og skall fra bitterappelsiner). Moderat til lav bitterhet. Nokså enkel ettersmak, men god drikke i godt selskap.

Bottle split at Chriso Easter Tasting ’15, 04/04/15. Cloudy yellow with a moderate off white cap. Nose is papery, trace of diacetyl, light lemon wash. Taste comprises lemon, straw, hint of vanilla, light spice. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Pretty pap.

ChrisOs Easter Tasting. Hazy pale gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry. Dry pale malts. Not much else going on. Pretty poor.

Bottle shared at chriso’s Easter 2015 tasting - London. Pours cloudy pale yellow with a creamy white head. The nose holds pithy lemon, light wheat, yeast. Medium sweet flavor, slightly papery, with more wheat, faint straw. Light bodied with average carbonation. Sugary pale wheat finish with grains, straw and subtle yeast. Not bad.

Bottle picked up from the brewery. Milky yellow / straw coloured pour with a fleeting fine white head. Aroma is nice floral orange and lemon, doughy wheat malts, pear drops. Flavour is composed of light grains, wheat, tangy lemon, corriander, orange, little chalk. Palate is light and refreshing, highish carbonation. Pretty tasty wit.
