Bottle from Saucy Pears. Appearance - amber with a nice lacy head. Nose - oranges and lightly funky/musky nose. Taste - more of the same. Palate - light bodied over zesty maybe yeast issue, dry yeasty finish. Overall - I bet this is good in cask.

Cask at the Wellington; clear golden yellow pour with a frothy off white head, hint of grapefruit in the aroma, the grapefruit comes through in the taste along with some biscuity malts and a hint of tangerine, quite a juicy hop number.

Cask-conditioned at the Gryphon, Bristol 1/3/2014. Deep gold in colour with a slight white head. Slight yeastiness, some sweet stone fruits, cereal malts and leafy hops, before a moderately bitter finish. Good.

Cask @ Baum, Rochdale. Golden-amber with a creamy head. Has a decent milky texture that makes its malty undertones rather nice. The aroma is not too great though, floral but like a plant that doesn’t want you near it!

Cask, gravity at Bromyard Folk Festival Bar, Herefordshire Friday 13th September 2013 Pours more light amber than gold which is how it was described, with a filmy white head atop. Light fuzzy hoppiness, buzzy on the tongue. Juicy, hoppy beer, pleasant steady sweetness I guess this would have honey in it, but if so it isn’t that noticeable. Think this is my first from this new brewery, good stuff. A7 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.5
