Can from The Bottle Shop Canterbury and drunk on a train after seeing Andy Zaltzman. My that’s hoppy. Gold colour I mean the malts aren’t quite to my English taste but you can’t say they skimped on the hops. Grapefruit mainly. Boy that’s hoppy. Possibly too extreme. But I did kinda like it. Could I drink pints of this? Not sure. Some bitterness but not overly bitter. Yes it was fun. Fresh as far as my palate says. Good IPA

Can from Stone in Asagaya. Pours a clear copper orange with a one-finger soapy white head that lingers throughout. White grapefruit, lemon, orange, iyokan and pith on the nose. Medium to full body with good carbonation. Fruit-forward on the palate with a strong bitter finish. A little rough on the finish, but pretty solid.

Can: Poured a bright yellow color ale with a nice foamy head with good retention and some good amount of lacing. Aroma of citrus notes with light bitter notes is pleasant enough. Taste is dominated by citrus hops notes with some bitter notes discernable with some light grainy notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed but doesn’t really stands out from the pack of IPA out there.
