Keg at the hanging bat.. Golden amber... Thin white lacing... Soft dry hay nose... Soft fruits.. Loght sweet hay

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 8 | Overall - 7
Bottle. Nose is spice, hint of banana leading through to candied fruits, orange, cherry slight toffee and nut a little wood; very nice indeed. Taste is rich toffee, leading to a slight pine note then hazelnut, a sweet note, then brown sugar with a yeasty very lightly spiced finish. I very rarely drink this style of beer so can’t place it in the pantheon of Oktoberfest beers, but enjoyed it. The nose outstrips the taste by some distance though.
