Optisch dunkles Gold, Schaum passt, in der Nase Pinien, hopfig. Im Trunk merkt man den Alkohol, waldig, würzig, spät intensiv alkoholisch.

T: bitter grapefruit & orange peel, pine, sweetish melon & biscuit.

P: medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation.

355 ml can from Beer Republic advent calendar poured into a Tulip. Slightly hazy golden amber colour with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus fruits, pines, resin, rich malty. Rather bitter yo balance the 8.0 % abv. The taste bitter. Medium to full body. Dry and bitter finish.

353ml. can. @home, 01/12/2023 [#6.931 Global - #1.215 United States of America - #1 Ninkasi Brewing Company (My Brewery #285 from the States)] Pours deep holden with a lacing off-white head. Aroma: grapefruit, citrus and pine. Taste: hints of caramel, marmalade, pine and malty backbone. Lingering bitterness. Next one please!
