Cask at the Falcon, CLJ, 22/09/15. Golden copper with a decent off white covering. Nose is light floral notes, straw, touch of orange. Taste improves comprising grass, orange, subtle elderflower, melon, faint bread. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but would have liked the elderflower to have been a little more prominent.

White Horse. Cask. Lightly hazy gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is light, semi dry and moderately crisp. Nice condition. Thin malts, mildly sweet. Some citric bite and marmalade. Mild elderflower before a trace of apple. Bitter feel finish. Drinkable.

On cask at the White Lady. Appearance - golden amber with a decent head. Nose - gentle elderflower and creamy malt. Taste - intense elderflower and bitter grapefruit. Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a long and very dry finish. Overall - unfortunately too bitter for my palate.

Cask at the Southern. It pours golden-amber with a medium white head. The nose is fresh elderflower, grass, daisies, straw and dough. The taste is bitter, elderflower, grassy, straw, wood, light astringency and leather with lingering dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent elderflower action. Pretty bitter also.
