Reviewed from notes.
Bottle to tulip.
Appearance: amber color with a one finger white foamy head which trailed off nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: white pear, grassy/vinous character, earthy notes, white grapes, crushed coriander, subtle floral, some orange peel
Flavor: melds the prior noted aromas to a fine earthy sweet to vinous quality; finishes somewhat floral and with the orange peel
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable; light smoothness and subtle sharp vinous to coriander nicks the tongue slightly
Overall: for the most part, this is a pretty nicely done Belgian IPA I think I could come back to.

375 ml bottle purchased for $9.89 at Tuckaway Tavern general store. Overpriced?? Yep. Aroma of coriander, pineapple and wheat.
Flavor is shows a decent wheat base with the coriander seed and pepper in the finish. Bitterness come from some light pine notes. Body and carbonation are standard. I like the beer itself but I really feel cheated on the price. Shame on me for being a foolish consumer.

Northeast Bucket List Trip Beer #55. Keg at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden with a large foamy white head. Good head retention. Aroma of tropical, spicy hops, dry wheat, coriander. The taste is wheat, citrus, tropical fruit, spicy finish. Medium bodied, refreshing, mild lingering bitterness.

Bottle shared at Garvie’s. Pours unclear gold with a creamy white head. Lovely nose with lots of tropical fruits, pale wheat, melon, pineapple. Light sweet flavor with juicy tropical fruits, some melon, more pineapple, pale bread, light bitter lemon rind. Light bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced on the finish with further tropical fruits, citrus, dry wheat, some rindy bitterness, hay. Very good.

Bottle from Bert’s Pours a crystal clear deep straw color with hints of gold and a smallish but long lasting bubbly white head. Aromas of spicy wheat malt, overripe pineapple, bits of resin and hints of spice. The flavor is light spicy bready maltiness with a firm pine resin and fruity hop to balance. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Nice easy drinking brew.
