23rd Sep 2015: 330ml bottle into a Chimay chalice at home. Lovely clear red hue to the brew, on top a full beige sheet of thin foam. Malty, Rye nose and taste, fairly sweet with malty molasses leading the way (toffee and caramel) a mild bitterness calms everything down nicely mid-sip to give a decent balanced taste. Not bad at all.
