330ml bottle from Marks & Spencer. 5.6%. Pours clear copper, thin off-white, short-lived head. Aromas of spice, almost peppery, caramel and toffee. Taste has some toffee apple, cinnamon. Medium body, spicy bitter finish.

Okay head with a deep brown-ish body and an aroma of dark grains. Flavour is malt and grain notes with a weak finish. Mediocre at best.

Bottle at chriso’s. Pours clear rich gold with a frothy white head. The nose has some toasted grains, light pine, ripe orange. Light to medium sweet flavor with more toasted grains, light oily pine, brown bread, orange rind. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly resinous on the finish, with more grain, citrus. OK.

33cl from M&S, Brussels. BB 03/2016. Couleur acajou-cuivrée, col beige. Arôme au bouquet houblonné agrumes, léger malté en retrait avec un côté seigle perçant en retrait. Palais est malté, pâle, seigle fin qui donne une petite note d’épice. Le tout est sec, agrumes houblonnée t léger côté noble. Cara perce et donne une fine douceur en fin de bouche. Correcte.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is fruity, light toasted and mild bitter. Dry and slight herbal. Estery and dry phenolic. Dry and slight herbal finish.

Bottle shared thanks to Scotty001. Pours clear amber brown with a small off white head. Aroma of rye, caramel and light dark fruits. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle from M&S, Rickmansworth, Herts. A dark brown/copper coloured pour with a thin bubbly off white head on top. Malty, rye, caramel aroma. Tastes similar, malty, rye, caramel, spice, slight bitterness.
