A daring trans-Atlantic infusion of UK Challenger and US Mt Hood hops combines nearly reckless flavour abandon of candy and wood with floral and spicy undertones. Enticing aromas of grapefruit and orange sherbet will leave you asking for more.

It is what it is. Subtly more hops than a regular golden ale. Grassy, with a soft UK note. Malts are fruity, notes of apple, not great. Low bitterness. Meh.

This golden ale poured a slightly hazy, light yellow colour with a soapy, bright white head. Med lacing. Scents include corn, dough and light malt. First swig was pretty good. Flavours of honey, malt and corn syrup together with a nice mild hop. Delicious. Finish is malty with a hoppy bitterness lingering.

Can written 5% ABV. Pours a clean golden colour with frothy warm cap, average lasting with some light lace. Big grainy cereal aromas with eventually, some hops that gives out rusty water smell. Some mild wood. The taste has pretty much the same, graininess with hints of rust. Slight haze at the last pour. Not sure where they take there citrus notes in the description?? The light spicy undertones, sure. After breathing a bit, becomes tolerable. Still, not really good.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy medium gold with a small white head. Nose of brown sugar with some light topical fruit and citrus. medium light honey sweetness and a lighter citrus bitterness. Some light spice appears in the finish. Medium slick body with average carbonation and a long dry lightly bitter finish. Nice flavourful blonde.
