We use a very limited edition experimental hop from Charles Faram known as CF-103 to produce Antifreeze, which is heavily hopped and golden in colour. Antifreeze is very refreshing with a crisp bitterness to finish. Enjoy chilled!

Brewed with Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt.

Bottle from Westmorland Farmshop/Tebay Services. Pours golden with a white head. Aroma: malt, hops. Taste: light sweet & moderate bitter, malty, fruity, spicy hop. Medium body with soft carbonation

Bottle from Tebay Services, Cumbria. Pale, watery gold coloured with next to no head. Has a dominant hop in both aroma and taste with an underlying malt as well as a fruitiness.

At Craig’s tasting. fairly clear pour with slight hoppy nose. Tastes of piney hops, hospital room, lemon, and herbal. watery palate. not much a fan.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours clear pale gold with a short-lived white head. Aromas of honey and light citrus. Taste is sweet. Thin body Finishes short. OK.
