Skye Brewery’s head brewster has come up with an imaginative blend of Maris Otter and Crystal malts, dark caramalt and torrified wheat, all working in harmony with Sorachi Ace hops, one of the rarest. A clean golden bitter ale with an underlying biscuit flavour and zesty zingy citric aroma and aftertaste.

Hops: Sorachi Ace

On cask at the Standing Order. Appearance - golden with a proportionate head. Nose - meadow flowers and a kind of custard note. Taste - lime marmalade going into a lime sherbet finish. Palate - light to medium bodied with a zingy texture through til the end. Overall - a decent scooper.
