Keg at Mother Kelly’s - London. Pours clear, vibrant gold with a thick, lasting white cream head. Lots of doughy wheat on the nose with licks of grain, some lightly toasted sugars. Medium sweet flavor with grainy wheat, tangerine meringue, bread, lemon, light alcohol, faint pine and toasty hay. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Finishes a little heavy on the palate with sugary toasted wheat, more hay, some orange peel, other zesty citrus, doughy bread. Not bad, if a touch heavy handed.

Keg at SixDeg North. It pours hazy orange with a medium white head. The nose is earthy, dough, spice, orange peel, tangerine, kiwi and hay. The taste is bitter, spice, dough, earth, barnyard, warming alcohol and musk with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Decent.
