Keg at CBC Covent Garden opening night, 09/05/14. Lightly hazed golden yellow with a moderate off white swirl and edgework. Nose is tarte orchard fruit, straw, lemon rind, light puke, tangerine, dull wood. Taste comprises light cider viner, straw, lemon rind, apple core, tarte peach, faint acidic rinse. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with tarte orchard and citric leanings. Decent enough sour, doesn’t show the ABV although I preferred the base beer.

Keg at Craft Covent Garden. It pours cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. The nose is earthy, barnyard, soft fruits, pear, apple, light vinegar and wood. The taste is crisp, tart, sherbet, barnyard, soft fruits, granny smith apple, unripe pear, salty, citrus, light alcohol, mild acidity and touch of spice with a dry, warming finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty well rounded. Hides the abv well. Nice.

Keg. at Craft Beer Co. Covent Garden - London. Pours lightly hazy gold with a fine, white froth head. Good sour lemon character, mildly acidic, with some woody dryness. Medium bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Lightly warming to finish with mellow, cleansing lemon acidity, moderate sweetness, light woody funk. Pretty nice.
