This is a traditional bitter, with an inviting golden-brown colour and rich fruit aromas, with chocolate, crystal and pale ale malts, plus wheat, combining with the hop varieties used to impart a well-balanced, lasting flavour.

Crosse Keys Spoons. Cask. Lightly hazy amber beer, small pale cream coloured head. Palate is light and dry. Good fine carbonation. Light floralness. Twangy dried fruit hops. Little citric peel, turns slightly astringent. Dry finish with the floralness turning toward soapy. Mild bitter linger. Keeps it together, just.
