Bottle, bottled 01.2016 (from Pothouse). Pours brownish dark red. Aroma is sour, vinegar, cherries, corked wine, acetone, vanilla, oak. Flavor is sour, acidic, cherries, vinegar, oak, vanilla, some corked wine and acetone. Drinkability is low, Overall: can drink it when Iβm forcing it, but way too much vinegar to be enjoyable. Would rather drink something else and use this for salad dressing.

375 ml bottle. Practically clear, deep red body with a small pink head. Aroma is simply fantastic, mature cherry, cherry stone, almond and acid. Flavor is great as well, lots of cherry, very sour cherry with almond and cherry stone, some residual sweetness from berries and dry cherry skin. Fine balanced body and everlasting aftertaste. Normally not too keen anymore at Kriek as they seems to be a bit one dimensional and actually prefer the aged one with less cherry and more Geuze flavor, but this one nails it.

Bottled 750ml (bottled 08/2016, Systembolaget Umea)
Deep red color, no much head. Acidic nose has riped cherry in it. Medium-bodied. Mouthpuckering tart cherry lambiek and cherry flavor. Aftertaste is drying. Not so fruity kriek but extremely sour. Probably mellows over the time, or ...

375ml bottle from Kihoskh. Bottled Jan 2016. Pours deep reddish with a tiny head. Aroma of sour cherries, dark berries, earthiness, farmyard and funky notes. Taste is heavy with cherries, some mild sourness, tartness, loads of berry juice, hints of earthiness and funky notes. Finish has massive amounts of cherries and berries, some sourness, funky notes and mild earthy farmyard notes. Quite intense amount of cherries here, and quite mildly sour. As it warms up, some vinegary notes start to dominate.

Bottled 2/16. Deep red with a pink head that lingers at the rim. 4+ Amazing cherry aroma - booming sweet jammy ones, intense brash sharp ones too. Some marzipan, lemon, bracken. Not much body really. Carbonation is there but only just - lovely. Big cherry hit with what I presume is the illusion of sweetness, then fairly full-on sourness which is somewhat lemony but mainly lactic. Edging up to too acidic, but it the lambic has to be pretty savage to match the amazing fruit. Great.

Bottle from Rudat. Sour fruity nose. Great intense red in the glass. The beer starts sour with nice cherries in the back. Not too much acidity, the beer is sour but fruity. the cherries are fresh and fruity, the fruity sourness is smooth and not too overwhelming. Round and fruity sourish aftertaste. Very interesting sour fruity brew. But for me a bit too much on the vinegar-acid-side.
