Bottle shared. Pours near black with a beige head. Aroma of grassy hops, citrus, roast, malts, caramel and chocolate. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter. Above medium bodied with soft carbonation. This is really a black IPA, not an imperial stout. Decent though!

Bottle from Mikkeller web shop. Very dark brown color with thick beige head. Dark malt, citrus hops in aroma. Very nice citrus hoppy taste with dark chocolate, coffee, :roasted malt. Very tasty.

Bottle. Lots of grassy earthy English hops both in aroma and flavour. The classic roasty and malty flavours come more towards the finish. Not overly sweet, more hoppy. Not all about the classic dried fruits and sweetness, more about looking for balance where there usually is none. Interesting and excellent thought-provoking beer.

Stale hop aroma. Cola brown, medium tan head. Stale hop, walnut, Full body, easy carbonation.

Bomber thanks to Scott at my 10K! Dark brown, large creamy tan head, good retention. Aroma of roast, chocolate, vanilla. tobacco. The taste is roasted malts, vanilla, dark fruits. Medium bodied.

Bottle at Drake 10k tasting. Fark clear brown color, tan head. A of dark coffee. Taste is burnt coffee. Decent.

bomber. Nose if citrus hops and chocolate. Rich malt flavors, chocolate, umami, lots of citrus. big, viscous, oily body. rich chocolate and caramel malts. Comes across quite close to an imperial black IPA. Tasty stuff.

Draft @ Warpigs, Copenhagen. Pours a black color with a small longlasting tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma with weak hints of licorice. Roasted malty chocolate and caramel flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate and caramel finish with hints of licorice.
