Cask at the Caley Sample Room as black isle hefeweizen. Pours clear pale gold with a thin white head. Aromas of light banana, faint spice. Taste has more spice, light banana bread sweetness. Clean finish.

On cask @ the Stockbridge Tap. The general feeling was that this was quite an authentic reproduction of the German Hefeweizen style. However, the one thing it lacked was enough carbonation. Perhaps it shouldn’t be a cask beer, perhaps keg would be better.
