Keg at Lyric, Soho. It pours hazy brown with a thick beige head. The nose is wood, dirt, spice, leather, caramel and raisin. The taste is earthy, wood, spice, leather, bitter grapefruit, orange rind, metallic twang and toast with a dry, pretty bitter finish. Light-medium body and moderate carbonation. A bit rough around the edges, bit decent nonetheless.

Craft Clerkenwell tasting. Cask. Thanks to Leighton? Hazy amber beer, little cream coloured head. Light dry palate. Big hops but bitter and not fruity. Mild minerals. Dry astringent finish with long harsh bitter linger.
