Cask at The Castle Tavern, Inverness. It pours golden with a small white head. The nose is pretty bland....bitter-sweet, bready malt and touch of lemon. The taste is bitter citrus, light soap, straw and floral with a lingering bitter-citric finish. Light-medium body and soft carbonation. Easy-drinking golden.
