On tap @ Haagsche Broeder Brouwerij. Pours cloudy dark golden, with a small creamy head. Aroma is fruity yeasty notes with wet leaves, red apples and musty cellar, as well as floral notes and wooden barrels. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is yeasty notes of hay, farmhouse notes and floral minerals, as well as tannins and wooden barrels. Dry wooden finish

Bottle. Color: Slightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Malty, some floral hop, sugary. Taste: Over moderate sweet, malty with a background of floral hop, notes of white sugar, honey, spicy and yeasty hints. Light hints of butter. Light to moderate bitterness and very slightly sour. Average carbonation, just below medium body. In a rather strange way it 's even a bit watery. Moderate bittery palate at finish. Mwah. A lot of different flavours, resulting in a rather strange but for me not very attractive combination. Not my kind of beer.

Bottle, thanks to Maakun. Golden color, pours a huge head. Marmelade and some floral hops in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish. medium bodied. Decent.

Bottle shared at the March THT at Kwartje. Hazy dark golden pour with a white head. Notes of saison yeast, mashed grains, light floral hops, sweet fruit, more yeast, macerated fruit.

Sampled from bottle at THT March at Kwartje. Hazy warm amber with thin white head. Sweet malts, honey, vegetal bitter, herbs, coriander, metallic. Medium sweet and light bitter. Doesn’t really hold its aromas together, bit strange and finishes as just sugary.

Bottle shared at THT. Slight hazy orange golden with fizzy off white head. Apple juice, light spicy yeast, alcohol, light grassy, sweet malts. Bit weird, like a bad cider. Light sweet and medium bitter. Medium bodied with fizzy carbonation. Had a fresher bottle. Slightly more fruity hops, especially on the nose. Bit less apple and slightly more malts. I still think most of their experimental brews are better than this, but it’s drinkeable.

75cl bottle courtesy of and shared with Kermis. Very very thin white head. Murky light amber pour. It’s ok but nowhere near as good as the Baltic Porter.
