Cask @ Crown & Kettle, Manchester. Hazy pale orange with next to no head. Has a heavy floral-fruitiness in both aroma and taste with a mild sourness in the later aspect. Has a mild honey flavour to it.

Bottle at home in London - picked up at Kris Wines. Pours hazy yellow-gold with a vivacious, frothy white head. The aroma holds a bit of lemon zest, green pepper, light straw. Light sweet flavor with prominent elderflower character, expressions of green pepper, light bitter hay, pale bread, further lemon, slight rind. Light bodied with average to lively carbonation. Finishes with a clean peppery spice, mild floral hops, nips of pale bready sweetness, light bitter lemon rind and hay. Novel stuff.

Bottle from LB Oddbins, shared by myself at Dadsgiving giving the NY/NJ Daddies all the new brewery ticks from London they could hope for in a Hells Kitchen apartment on a Sunday afternoon in late November! Hazed orange amber with a thin off white covering. Nose is spice, fruity jam, caramel, green pepper, straw. Taste comprises straw, mandarin, spice, green peppers, citric tang, light chilli. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry finale with a little spice. Ok stuff - would have this as SHV personally.

500ml bottle. Clear golden colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, head. Somewhat strange aroma, herbal hoppy, green pepper. Taste is dry, herbal hoppy, hints of mixed pickles, especially pickled green and red pepper, a general peppery touch, chillies, elderflower. I’m not sure if everthing’s OK with this.
