Aroma of wheat, fruits, soft citrus notes, orange, spicy yeast. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a slight sour note and a light bitter finish. Really fine Hefe.

750ml bottle. Hazy, opaque, grey-ish golden colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, white head. Slightly pungent, spicy yeasty aroma, a touch of ammonia, green apple. Taste is slightly dry hoppy, minimally fruity, hints of green apple. Slightly strange.

Thx! for sharing caesar. 750 ml. bottle sampled @ ZZT XIII. Limited to 138 bottles apparently. Hazy golden, small white head. Nose is weirdly soapy, strongly plastic, weird, weeds & nasty. Taste is hugely carbonated, heavily so, far too much, soap, fizzy plastic, thin, faint bad banana. Lots of soap & way too much carbonation. Probably the least one from the series but none of these were any good. Yes they were different but the base appears to have been rubbish.

Bottle @ ZZT, small sample. Cloudy golden color, medium rocky head. Aroma of some banana and clove, slight grainy malt. Soft sweet in taste, bit cardboard again. Drank side by side with the other two weizens. This one has the most balance, but is also a bit boring. Not the best series.

Bottle shared thanks to Deanso. Pours cloudy orange with a small off white head. Aroma of veggies, spice, yeast, rubber and baked beans. Flavour is light moderate sweet and bitter. Light medium bodied with light carbonation. By far the worst of this series.
