Aroma of wheat, malt, lots of ripe banana, clove, fruits, lots of spicy yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet with a light bittersweet finish. Carbonation and body are excellent. Definitely the best of the three Brouwlab Hefeweizens, it’s incredibly smooth and well balanced. I’m baffled at the other ratings, this one can compete with the best of them.

750ml bottle. Cloudy, brass colour with average, frothy to macropore, diminishing, white head. Wheaty and yeasty aroma with a touch of ammonia, unspecific fruitiness, hints of dried banana. Taste is moderately sweet wheaty, notes of banana, prickling carbonation. Sweet and monotonous.

Thx! for sharing caesar. 750 ml. bottle sampled @ ZZT XIII. Limited to 138 bottles apparently. Touch hazier golden than Ach So! Way bigger head but it start to collapse quickly. Nose is weird mineral, fizzy, some plastic citrus which is new. Taste is ridiculously big carbonation, banan, plastic apple, watery, mineral, soapy. Insanely over-carbonated. Not good but second best probably. None of these were good.

Bottle @ ZZT, small sample. Cloudy golden color, big bubbly head. Aroma of some banana, clove, cardboard, carbo. Slight sweet in taste, bit grainy, cardboard. Way too much carbonation. Drank side by side with the other two weizens. Carbo ruins the palate.
