Cask at The Lyric - Soho, London. Pours lightly hazy, orange-gold with a small, frothy white cap. Some bready malts in the nose, a good bit of melon and grapefruit, some pine. Light to mediu Sweet flavor with lots of melon, some tropical fruits, a bit of grapefrut and tangerine. Light to medium bodied with fine carbonation. Condition is reasonable. Very lightly resinous to finish, some pine, mellow lightly toasted bready malts, orange, melon, some grapefruit. Tasty. An IPA lite.

Cask at Lyric, Soho. It pours golden yellow with a medium white head. The nose is wood, varnish, wood polish, orange and faint farmyard. The taste is wood, grapefruit, lemon rind, grassy, light leather and varnish with a dry, lightly bitter finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Not bad.

Aroma: Difficult to detect - very light aroma of grass, lemon and pale malt.
Appearance: Murky pale golden body with a foamy white head. Very lively carbonation. Excellent lacing.
Taste: Simple lemon and earthy/grassy flavours. Light bitterness. To me, this tastes more like a Golden Ale than an IPA.
Palate: Medium body with an oily texture. Average carbonation.
Overall: It’s clean and easy drinking but there’s not a great deal going on with this beer. A little disappointing given how much I like other beers brewed by Harbour.
