Cask at The Stockbridge Tap. Clear golden body with a dense off-white head. Great lacing. Aroma of grapefruit, biscuit and pine. Flavour of pineapple, orange, toffee and grapefruit. Well balanced and very drinkable. Medium body with an oily texture. One of the best single hop Amarillo beers I’ve tried. Very nice.

Cask-conditioned at the Barley Mow, Bristol 18/5/2013. Golden with a decent white head. Big, citrus hop aroma with a hint of pine. Flavour had tangerines, grapefruit and a touch of creamy malts, before a lingering, dry finish. Very good.

Cask at Vintage, Leith. It pours clear amber with a dense medium white head. The nose is tangy orange, marmalade, tangerine, stickiness and resinous. The taste is sticky orange, zesty mandarin, pine and resin with a dry, bitter finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Not a whole depth of flavour, but pretty tasty and drinkable.
