Bottle, thanks Tbone! Brown color. Hints of yeast and toffee in the aroma. Caramelly sweet yeasty flavor with hints of citrus. Bitter aftertaste. Smoke? Where?

Bottle, many thanks to rosenbergh. Hazy reddish brown color withsmall white head. Aroma of malt, grapefruit, smoke. Taste, bitter hops, pines, smoked malt, rye. Bitter finish with smoke in background. Good.

Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, caramel, smoke, plastic, fish. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20111203]

Bottled at oh6gdx’s birthday bash at chriso’s. Clear amber, no head. Fruit ysmoky nose. Sweet with clean, hard mouthfeel. Lightly smoky with lemony notes. Sharp and simplistic. Not great.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday tasting at chriso’s. Pours hazy amber with a white foam. Light smoke in the nose with notes of ham and caramel. Medium sweet flavor, some smokey ham. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light sweet finish, ham and smoke. OK beer overall.
