(Cask at The Rake, London Bridge, London, 23 Nov 2012) Golden colour with foamy, off-white head. Fruity, spicy nose with notes of pumpkin, cinnamon and dried fruit. Fruity, malty taste with pumpkin, hints of cinnamon, apricots and a certain sweetness coming through in a finish with a mild bitterness. Medium body. Interesting and quite nice.

Keg at The Rake, London. Pours clear orange with a light, white film head. Pleasant dry pumpkin aroma, light spices and toasty bread malts. Medium sweet flavor with restrained but still tasty pumpkin character, some toasty bread, mild leafy bitterness. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Sweet finish with toasty sugars and bread, some fruitiness, nice pumpkin, background spices. A well crafted pumpkin beer.
