On tap @ Craft beer Co, London. This is a light cloudy honey-colored one with a big really dense and creamy off-white head. It smells like summer rhubarb with a smooth acidity and hints of yeast. Quite nice. It has a average small bubbly carbonation level and a nice slick texture. Bitter at first, almost pungent, some fruity plums mixing in here. Some citrus sourness also. Enjoyable and somewhat refreshing! 21.07.2012

Keg at the Euston Tap, London. Pours clear gold with a creamy, white head. Rich straw nose. Medium sweet flavor, some alcohol, dirt, bitter grass, toasty hay. Medium to full bodied with fine carbonation. Bit of warmth on the finish, more toasty straw, some sticky grass, grain. Pleasant but nothing special.

Keg at the Craft. ’American Wheat IPA’. Cloudy orange beer, little off white head. Smooth palate with sharp fine carbonation. A little fresh orange is rapidly swamped by bitter orange peel. A streak of lemon in there. A little creamy malt underneath. Not particularly wheat beer like! Finishes smooth. Nice beer - does it’s St Clemens thing very well, but would need more complexity to reach the higher echelons.
