Cask at Euston Tap with Sarah. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma has notes of biscuit and grain with just a hint of grassy hops. Flavor has notes of grass and pine hops with a backing of biscuit.

Euston Tap. Hazy gold beer, little white head. Light crisp palate. Minerals. Decent orange and grapefruit citrus and bitterness. Trace of lemon and lime. Nice combination! Trace of the ubiquitous Mallinsons soap - not too strong here. Crisp finish, Mild bitter linger. Pretty drinkable.

Bottle from Carringtons, Chorlton. Hazy golden pour with a fading small off- white head. Grapefruit, yeast and some gently fragrant hop in the nose. Medium carbonation. Citrus hop flavour with steadily building bitterness that lingered well into the finish. Pretty decent.
