At the Brewpub. James said this was brewed with Bog Myrtle (bittering), Kaffir Lime Leaves and Coriander. There was at least one more ingredient I didn’t catch in this Gruit. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Light dry palate. Nicely done Gruit - tastes of mild sweet herbs and floral things - I would have said a little lavender in there. I could taste a little citrus in there as well which surprised me (but in hindsight must be the coriander). It’s great that brewers still keep this ancient style alive. Nice Gruit!
