50cl bottle. Pours a hazy orangey-brown with a slim but nice head. The nose has pine and grapefruit pith. The taste has more grapefruit, then creamy herbiness, against a light malt background. The palate has a big structure, a creamy but tangy middle section and then a long bone-dry finish. Overall, this is just about the limit of my palate-drying hop experience. I prefer the pale ale as it’s more balanced.

500 ml bottle, no idea how old this is. Pours hazy orange amber color with a fairly foamy 2 finger off white head with good retention that reduces to a thin lacing cap. A bit of thick lacing sticks to the glass as well. Aromas of strong pine, grapefruit, caramel, wheat, breadiness, spices, and a bit of orange. Very unique IPA aromas here, very good strength as well. Taste of big caramel, citrus, pine, and spices. Very piney, bready, and spicy taste; with a decent sized bitterness on the finish that lingers for a while with pine, caramel, and spices. Very nice balance of bitterness and sweetness. Medium bodied and fairly high carbonation. Fairly prickly mouthfeel during drinking, but still very drinkable. No alcohol in the taste or finish noticed. Overall, a very nice IPA, and quite unique as well.

Nice and strong taste. A bit too strong perhaps, or then this one just needs some heavy food to accompany it.

50cl Bottle @ Home, #632: BBE 170514, Brewed 170511.
Aroma has resin from pine and some exotic fruits. Hoppy flavour has some grapefruit and tropical fruits. Very good and balanced IPA!
After that rating, the quality has varied a lot. The score could be anything between 3.4-4.2.

Great taste, great smell. Color could have been a little less ’blondish’. The ABV 7.5% suits the beer. Well balanced.

Stylish bottle pours a nice dark yellow/orange color. Great smell and taste. Could use a bit more body. It’s a decent IPA. --- Beer merged from original tick of India Pale Ale (IPA) on 20 Aug 2020 at 21:08 - Score: 7.

Ottima IPA, gradevole e bevibile.

Bottle from Salling. Huge creamy head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich flowers, hops, caramel and malt. Great balance.
