(Cask at Market Porter, Southwark, London, 21 July 2011) Pale amber colour with foamy, beige head. Malty, fruity nose with biscuity malt, apricots and dusty hops. Fruity, malty taste with note of biscuity malt, citrus and a gentle bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Quite nice.

cask at bow bar ... goilden amber ... thin white head ... soft sweet creamy toffee malt nose ... bitter front ... dry toffee ... light bitter fruits ... not me .. some orange ... almost a chilli soap back bite
