(Cask at Market Porter, Southwark, London, 21 July 2011) Golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with notes of apricots and biscuity malt. Malty, fruity taste with apricots, citrus, biscuity malt and a mild bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Quite nice.

Cask, Blackfriars, Inverness. Murky amber looks with a minimal white head. Aroma and flavour had traces of pallid malt, citrus and earthy hop. Drinkable enough fayre but slightly leaden of foot.

Cask at 2011 Deeside Beer Festival. It pours hazy golden yellow, with a thin white head and low carbonation. The nose is all about citrus: sweet orange, lemon and mango. The taste is lemon, lime, orange, mango, pineapple, bread and hay. It finishes on a light bitter-citrusy note. A pleasant citrus-packed blonde ale.
