Bottle labeled Ceres Strong Ale Export. A friend brought this back from Italy. Sweet fruity aroma. Flavor is fruity and grainy. Medium body with moderate carbonation.

Bottle. Pours a clear yellow color with a small white head. Has a sweetish malty grainy aroma. Sweetish malty grainy flavor with some hoppy hints. Has a sweetism malty grainy finish with some weak hint of alcohol in the aftertaste.

Bottle 330ml. @ home. [ As Ceres Strong Ale Export ].Clear medium yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, paper, light alcohol. Flavor is moderate malt + alcohol sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, finish is peppery and alcoholic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20090131]

Bottle, pours clear gold with a medium white head. Aroma is mildly hoppy with a sweet sugar can note. Flavor is pleasant. Sweetness plays with the tongue until a fresh hop bitterness leaves the mouth dry. There is a sour hay flavor that lingers in the background. Carbonation is moderate to light with a creamyness in the finish.

bottle as Ceres Strong Ale - Pours clear gold with a light, sweet pale malt aroma. The flavor is mainly sweet malt with some mild hops. It will remind Americans of a malt liquor though with more hops and not so much corn flavor. It’s only a passable beer.

As Ceres strong ale export from 33 cL bottle@OLiAarhus. Pours golden clear orange with no head. Grainy, cereal and corn aroma. Soft cornish flavour, quite sweet and some body. Mild bitterness in the finish. Ok brew.
