Black with thin head. Roasted malt aroma. Bitter taste. Coffee is there but not overpowering. Also some piney hop bitterness in the finish.

Bottle. Almost black with nice creamy beige head. Nice label! Lots of spices and Belgian yeast. Not so much saison like but more like a good dubbel. Fresh herbs, green unripe fruits and ice coffee. Medium sweet with roasted bitter finish. Medium bodied. Good balance, nice stuff!

Sampled from bottle @ THT November. Opaque black color, average sized beige to light brown head. Aroma is malts, lightly hops, coffee as well. Taste malts, hops, coffee lightly, softly bitter. Medium body and soft carbonation. Very nice.

Bottled@SBWF2014. Black colour, small off-white head. Aroma is roasted malts, coffee, liquorice, some ashes as well as mild berries. Flavour is coffee, roasted malts, ashes, some wood, mild floral notes as well as some berries to it. Big coffee aftertaste.

Bottle at Craig’s. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of coffee and chocolate. Taste is light coffee, sweet finish. One-dimensional, not much going on.
