Cask at cloisters. Glad to have finally caught this one! Pours clear golden, thin white head. Aromas of bready yeast, dried fruit. Taste has a mineral, chalky note, light citrus bitter. Clean finish.

Cask at Cloisters. Pours pale golden, nose is toffee, orange, taste is creamy, quite bitter, floral.

Cask at Cloisters. It pours clear golden-amber with a decent white head. The nose software, doughy, citrus peel, stone fruit, sherbet and brioche. The taste is bitter, doughy, crisp citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel, light acidity with a dry, citric finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice citrussy hops, almost verging to the dark side (aka session Ipa). Decent session stuff.

On cask at Cloisters at Highland Tap Takeover. Pours a creamy golden colour with a nicely proportioned head. The nose is reminiscent of their Best - very nettley with hay in the background. The taste is more of the same with some pine in amongst the nettles and some stone fruit in the barley background, The palate is excellent and makes this beer - medium bodied with a creamy middle and a long long long zingy finish. So refreshing and unmistakably a beer from Highland.

Cask in cloisters ... golden amber ... sweet syrupy fruity malt nose .... dry fruity hop ... juicy smooth and tasty. cask at cloisters as staff pint A... citra staff pint ... amber thin white head ... sweet juicy malts ... little cat piss off the citra nose... soft sweet malts .... big juicy hops ... nice 3.8 cask at cloisters may 2013 ... golden amber ... smalll white head ... soft fruits ... some citra zezt nose... soft juicy hop ... very nice 3.9
