Creamy white head stayed on an unclear pale golden body. Cranberry & zest aroma. Medium bodied, creamy over the tongue with a clean. Cranberry, perfume, bitter, zesty & pithy tastes with a fruity finish.

Has both a flat texture and colour akin to being a cider, but it is its berry aroma that distinguishes it as an ale.

Cask at Pigs Ear. Very slight haze on thhis gold beer. Light suddy head. Light palate, a tad dry - possibly from the cranberry. The cranberries impart some sweetness. A sweet and dry fruit beer - that is pretty drinkable.
