Half pint, cask, shared with Finn at Grape and Grain, Crystal Palace. Low, beige head over a clear mahogany coloured body. Fragile lacing. Smell of roasted malts,-mid-sweet. Nicely roasted flavour character with hints of caramel and brown sugar balanced by pine bitterness to the finish. Fits the season very well (Greater London 28.11.2015).

Cask at the Lord Northbrook, Lee, Mahogany coloured pour with a white head. Caramel malt aroma. Malt ridden flavours with a little raisin. Needs a bit more oomph.
