A deep dark stout with a thin big bubbled brown head. In aroma, bitter chocolate with light mineral notes, light coffee, OK. On, nice bitter chocolate with coffee grind, light bodied, dry and powdery, OK. On tap at Clybourn location.

Draught at the brewpub, Clybourn location
Dark brown color with red shades; creamy head. Light roasted malt aroma. Smooth mouthfeel, with an accentuated roasted malt flavor, quite dry at the end. Well done (but too much roasted stuff for me).

draft - Pours black with a medium head that leaves some lacing. The aroma is light and of roast malt. The flavor has the expected roast malt as well as considerable coffee notes. The body is thin to medium, too thin for a stout, and the finish is dry.
