A deep dark porter with a thin moka head. A rather strange, cheesy aroma, with burned wood, and phenolics. In mouth, a rich and smooth porter, with light smokey notes, oily mouthfeel. A rich and smooth porter. On tap at brewpub, May 17 2009.

Tap at brewpub pre DLD 09 ... Deep black ... thin tan lacing ... soft smooth roast malts ... bit thin .. little smokey .. nice roast.
