Draft. A black beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, alcohol, wood, and whiskey. The flavor is sweet with notes of alcohol, soy sauce, roated malt, whiskey, and wood, leading to a dry roasted finish.

Sampled @ Borefts 2014. Black color, medium sized light brown head. Aroma is malts, whisky, wood, a hint of vanilla. Taste malts, whisky, lightly vanilla, wood, roasted malts, bitter. Oh wow this is lovely. Full body, medium carbonation. Really really good.

Sampled draft @ Borefts 2014. Thank you! Black, mocha head only on the sides. Rich syrupy nose, barrel, light vinous note, oily spirit, mocha, dark berries. Taste is bitter upfront, dark fruit, caramel, very thick, odd bitter wood, warming oily caramel & vanilla whisky, light booze. Thick syrup. Quite nice but not as good as quite a few other Whisky BA beers.
