Cask @ The Barley Mow, Leicester. Clear golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity and ginger. Flavor is medium sweet. Sweet finish. 260717

Cask @ The Barley Mow, Leicester. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are ginger, fruits, malt, flowers and hops. Nice ginger finish. Cunning indeed.

April 2008. Dry ale with aromatic ginger. Has a paradoxical cool feel about the palate.

Cask-conditioned at the Commercial Rooms (JDW), Bristol 21/04/09. Pale amber with a slight, off-white head. This came across as more of a ginger based drink than a beer. There was plenty of the spice in the aroma and flavour with some sweetish malts and little evidence of alcohol. Easy drinking nonetheless.

Cask at Woodins Shades, Liverpool St. 27 Apr 08. Golden colored. A filmy head. Modest fruity aroma. A bit watery flavor but traces of ginger. No bitterness. No distinct aftertaste.

Cask at Hairy Twat beer festival ... Light amber ... odd hop and faint ginger ... hop linger ... and a def ginger burn... but it just didnt cut it for me.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Gold with thin beige head. Certainly has ginger and I like ginger flavoured beers and I like this. Fairly simple blond beer with some stem ginger
