Handpull cask at the Grain & Hop Store, Cambridge. Light to mid-gold, clear with a big white head. Leon and honey aroma with notes of grapefruit, peach and sulphur. Very astringent taste with honey and agave sweetness. Short finish with notes of papaya and more honey. The sulphur dominates more than it should, Not the best beer in the world.

Cask at The Cask & Barrel, Edinburgh. A golden beer with a thin but dense beige head. The aroma is sweet with a light flowery hoppy note. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops and caramel, leading to a slightly bitter finish. The body is smooth.

Cask handpull at Cask & Barrel, Edinburgh. Difficult to tell what any of the beers at this pub tasted like due to the use of the tightest sparklers I have ever seen in a pub. Copper colour with lasting beige head. Some toffee, some hop. Fine, itโ€™s a reasonably well put together bitter that would have more flavour if poured properly.
