Bottled. Pitch black colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is wood, red wine, roasted malts, chocolate and some mild honey tones too. Flavour is dark berries, dried fruits, chocolate, tar, some vanilla, wood, mild toffee as well. A slight tartish resiny edge to it as well. Hides the alcohol rather well.

Panda 🐼 at home thanks to Wingmane. A jet black oily black coloured pour with a dark tan head. Aroma is big meaty roast, liquorice, ash, hot alcohol, cognac. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky brown cakey malts, maple, meaty roast, spicy bourbon, vanilla, layered. Palate is medium sweet, sticky, rounded, moderate carbonation. intense stuff.

Bottle shared at home. Black with no head. This beer is completely dead now. Loads of pear liqeur, soy sauce and liquorice. Heavily boozy yet water at the same time. Drain pour.

Well stored bottle, sampled in 2019. Dark brown, almost black body with a small beige head. Aroma of dark malt and alcohol. Taste is dark malt, honey and very boozy. Feels out of balance and that goes for the body as well. Not much elegance or complexity here, way too boozy.

Flaska från SB. 2013 vintage. Lite vass öl med mycket saltlakrits, rostad malt, aningen körsbär med kärnbeska, ganska torr vilket gör att sötman som skulle kunna ha bundit ihop smakerna saknas, viss fatkaraktär kan märkas med lite ek och vanilj. Har inte klarat sig alls lika bra som hypnopompa. Astringent. Ok
